PWC provides an international forum for discussions between researchers, practitioners and students interested in new developments in mobile computing and wireless networks. PWC’2007 is the twelfth conference of this series, is sponsored by IFIP WG 6.8 and will be held in Prague, Czech Republic. The conference will consist of three days of scientific presentations. Previous events were held in Albacete (Spain) in 2006, Colmar (France) in 2005, Delf (The Netherlands) in 2004, Venice (Italy) in 2003, Singapore in 2002, Lappeenranta (Finland) in 2001, and Gdansk (Poland) in 2000.

The PWC 2007 technical program committee invites the submission of original, previously unpublished technical papers.

We would like to inform authors that contrary to the announcement, the Proceedings will be published by Springer in the IFIP series and not in LNCS series (both series have the same ranging). We are sorry for this modification.
