Instruction for presentation
Oral Presentations
Please check the day and time of your presentation in the Conference program. You should come to the room well in advance, before the session begins, so that there is enough time for technical preparations. There will be a computer with USB interface and a data projector. If you need additional devices or equipment, please inform us in advance (by pwc2007@comtel.cz) so that we can arrange everything accordingly. If any technical problems occur, skilled technicians will be prepared to solve them for you according to the chairman’s instructions.
The time for presentation is limited to 15 minutes, followed by 5 minutes for possible questions and/or discussion. Please meet these time limits.
Poster Presentations
The poster session will be held on Thursday, September 13, from 10 to 17 hours, and on Friday, September 14, from 9 to 11 hours. The preparation of posters is scheduled for Thursday, September 13, from 9 to 10 hours. After conclusion of the poster session, please, remove your poster or ask the organizers to remove it.
The dimensions of the poster panels will be 75 x 100 cm (width x height). If you need any other equipment (e.g. electric outlet), please inform us in advance (by pwc2007@comtel.cz) so that we can arrange everything accordingly.
If any technical problems occur, skilled technicians will be prepared to solve them for you.
